Frequently asked questions
Everything customers actually ask us, answered plainly. If yours isn't here, WhatsApp us — we answer quickly.
Ordering
How do I place an order?+−
Pick your product, choose a size, add it to the bag and check out. You can order as a guest — an account is optional and only makes reordering and tracking faster.
What payment methods do you accept?+−
We accept UPI, Credit & Debit Cards, Cash on Delivery. All online payments run through an encrypted gateway; we never see or store your card details.
Is Cash on Delivery available?+−
Yes, across India. COD orders go through a quick verification step — usually a call or an OTP on the number you provide — so please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?+−
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 96301 85585 as soon as possible. If the parcel hasn't been handed to the courier yet, we can change the size, address or cancel it outright.
How can I track my order?+−
You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS the moment your parcel ships. You can also enter your order ID on the Track Order page at any time.
Shipping
Where do you ship?+−
All over India.
How long does delivery take?+−
5–7 business days from dispatch for most pincodes. Remote and hill pincodes can take a little longer.
When is shipping free?+−
Shipping is free on every order above ₹999. Below that, a flat shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?+−
Not yet. We're focused on getting India right first. Follow us on Instagram — we'll announce it there when it changes.
Products & Fabric
What are the T-shirts made from?+−
Cotton blend. Regular-fit tees are 180 GSM; oversized tees are 220 GSM. Both are chosen for how they feel in Indian weather — breathable, soft, and heavy enough to hold their shape.
What does GSM mean, and why does it matter?+−
GSM is grams per square metre — the weight of the fabric. Higher GSM means a heavier, more structured tee that drapes rather than clings and lasts longer. 180 GSM is a comfortable everyday weight; 220 GSM gives the oversized fit its proper fall.
What's the difference between Regular and Oversized?+−
Regular is a relaxed regular fit with a normal shoulder seam — roomy without being baggy. Oversized is a drop-shoulder block: the shoulder seam sits down the arm, the body is wider and the length is shorter and boxier. If you're between the two, Regular is the safer everyday pick.
What sizes do you make?+−
S, M, L, XL and XXL in both fits. Exact garment measurements for each are on the Size Guide.
How are the graphics printed?+−
DTF and screen printing, depending on the artwork. Both are cured so the print survives regular washing. Wash inside out and iron on the reverse and it'll stay sharp.
Will the T-shirt shrink?+−
Minimal — the fabric is pre-treated. Wash cold and dry in shade and you shouldn't see a meaningful change.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return window?+−
7 days from delivery.
What is the exchange window?+−
7 days from delivery. Size exchanges are the most common request and we'd rather you get the right fit than keep the wrong one.
What condition does the product need to be in?+−
Unwashed and unworn, with the original tags attached and in the original packaging.
Are sale products eligible?+−
Yes. Products bought on offer, including the 2 for ₹999 bundle, are covered by the same return and exchange policy.
How are refunds processed?+−
Once your return reaches us and passes a quick quality check, the refund goes back to your original payment method. For COD orders we refund by bank transfer or UPI to details you provide.
Sizing
How do I choose my size?+−
Measure a T-shirt you already like laid flat, compare it against the chart on the Size Guide, and pick the closest chest measurement. That's more reliable than going by your usual size across brands.
Which fit should I choose?+−
Regular if you want a clean everyday tee you can wear anywhere. Oversized if you want the streetwear silhouette with a dropped shoulder and boxier body.
Is there a size recommendation tool?+−
Yes — every product page has one. Enter your height, weight and how you like things to sit, and it suggests a size against that fit's actual measurements.
I'm between two sizes. What should I do?+−
On Regular, size down for a cleaner fit or up for extra room. On Oversized, stay with the smaller size — the block already has a lot of ease built in.
