Privacy policy

When you place an order we collect the information needed to fulfil it:

• Name, delivery address, phone number and email address
• Order contents, order value and order history
• Payment status — never your full card number or UPI credentials, which stay with the payment gateway

When you simply browse, we collect anonymised usage data through Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location by region, device type and how you arrived at the site.

If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or the enquiry form, we keep that correspondence so we can follow up properly.

Your shopping bag, your wishlist and your light/dark theme preference are stored in your browser's local storage. They never reach our servers, and clearing your browser data removes them.

The size recommender runs entirely in your browser. The height and weight you enter are not transmitted or stored anywhere.

• To process, pack, ship and deliver your order
• To verify cash-on-delivery orders and reduce fraudulent orders
• To send order confirmations, dispatch notices and tracking updates by email and SMS
• To handle returns, exchanges, refunds and customer support
• To understand, in aggregate, which products and pages people find useful
• To send marketing emails, but only if you asked us to

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Only the parties needed to get your order to you and keep the site running:

• Courier and logistics partners — name, address and phone number, so they can deliver
• Payment gateways — to take and verify payment securely
• Google Analytics — anonymised usage data about how the site is used
• Email and SMS providers — to send order and delivery notifications

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic and improve the site. It sets cookies that record anonymised information about your visit.

You can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google's opt-out browser add-on. The store works fine without them.

Order and transaction records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support correspondence is kept while it may still be relevant to your order.

Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe, after which we remove you from the list.

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information, where we are not legally required to keep it
• Stop sending you marketing messages

The site is served over HTTPS and payments run through a PCI-compliant gateway. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you.

This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we'll delete it.

If we change this policy we'll update the date shown alongside it. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
