We describe our products as accurately as we can, including fabric, GSM, fit and measurements. Photography is shot to represent the product honestly.

Screen calibration varies, so colours can appear slightly different on your device to how they look in person. Garment measurements can vary by up to half an inch between units — this is normal for cut-and-sew clothing and is not a defect.

Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted once we confirm it, and for cash-on-delivery orders once verification is complete.

We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if we can't verify a COD order, if the delivery address isn't serviceable, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or bulk resale. If you have already paid, we refund in full.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Regular-fit tees are ₹399 and oversized tees are ₹599.

The 2 for ₹999 bundle applies to any two tees in one order and is calculated automatically in your bag.

Shipping is free above ₹999; below that a flat fee is shown before you pay. We accept UPI, Credit & Debit Cards, Cash on Delivery.

If a price is displayed incorrectly due to an obvious error, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

We ship across India, typically within 5–7 business days of dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees — courier networks are outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please give an address where someone can receive the parcel.

Returns and exchanges are open for 7 days from delivery on unwashed, unworn items with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

All artwork, graphics, prints, photography, copy and the Aureagle Threads name and eagle mark are owned by Aureagle Threads and protected by law.

You may not reproduce our prints or designs, use our photography commercially, or manufacture, distribute or sell products bearing our marks without written permission.

You may share our photography on social media with credit.

Don't use this site to break the law, place fraudulent orders, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

We may suspend access where we reasonably believe any of the above is happening.

If you tag us or send us photographs of yourself in our products, you grant us permission to reshare that content on our website and social channels with credit.

You can withdraw that permission at any time by messaging us, and we'll take the content down.

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, natural events and civil disruption.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
